Terms & Conditions

1. Qualification

To qualify for a Free UK Mini Break voucher, you must spend in excess of £100, excluding carriage and VAT, on products from our website, in a single order. Multiple vouchers are available, as there is no limit to the amount of orders you can place to qualify for this offer, although each order only entitles you to a single voucher.

2. Validity of Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of receipt as inserted on the voucher itself.

3. Entitlement of Voucher Holders

The voucher entitles two adults to a free twin or double bedroom for upto three nights, subject to availability. Any additional adults or children maybe accommodated at current hotel tariff and conditions.

4. Hotels' Terms & Requirements

a) When making your reservation please state "Silver Fox Promotions Classic Breaks" and confirm your booking in writing, stating clearly that the booking has been made using the Classic Breaks Free Accommodation offer.

b) The voucher must be passed to reception immediately upon arrival, otherwise standard room charges may apply.

c) The Hotels' specified meals must be taken by every person enjoying the free accommodation under the voucher at stated minimum prices for each and every nights stay.

d) Accounts for meals, plus any other additional expenditure incurred at the hotel are payable upon departure.

e) The management of each hotel reserves the right to change the full rate, per person freely accommodated, for all part meals and meals not taken during your stay.

f) the management of each hotel reserves the right to amend their terms, facilities and prices without notice.

5. Prices & Specification

a) Prices and specifications quoted for each hotel featured are believed to be correct at the time of our brochure going to print.

b) The prices quoted are meal prices only and do not include extras.

c) Information given on each hotel is intended as a brief outline only. We advise you to check the facilities offered with the hotel before booking, especially if you have any special requirements.

6. Obligation of The Site Supply Company & Classic Breaks

Both The Site Supply Company & Classic Breaks gives no warranty as to the availability of accommodation at the hotels at any given time. Our brochure has been prepared in good faith, after discussion with the management of each hotel, and confirmation that each hotel listed is willing to give the free accommodation offer with each voucher. The Site Supply Company and Classic Breaks cannot be held responsible should the hotel of your choice be fully booked or decline to accept the booking for reasons of their own.

7. Queries or Complaints

a) If you have queries, suggestions or feedback of any kind about our Classic Breaks Free Accommodation offer we would appreciate your input, as this helps to maintain & improve our standards.

b) The Site Supply Company & Classic Breaks cannot be held responsible for goods or services charged to your hotel account. In all circumstances the full amount of your account with the hotel, must be paid on departure. Any dispute must be settled directly with the hotel concerned.

8. Loss of Voucher

The vouchers are for use by the named barer only. Neither The Site Supply Company, nor Classic Breaks, can accept responsibility for, or replace, lost vouchers.

9. Redemption & Cancellations

The is no alternative to this offer and as such we are unable to exchange your voucher for credit or cash. Should you wish to cancel a booking once made, the hotel must be informed as soon as possible.

10. Meal Prices

Due to the savings made through this accommodation voucher,

meal prices may be charged at full rate.
