How to place an order online...?
Simple, just select the size you want and click "Add to Basket".
This will take you to your cart - where you can review your selection and enter your quantity. If you are happy with your selection press "Checkout" and complete the payment pages.
If you wish to order more than one item, then press "Continue shopping" when viewing your cart - this will take you back to the ordering page, where you can repeat this whole process to add more items or sizes to your order.
Should you make a mistake and need to remove an item from your cart, simply check the box next to the quantity field on the item you do not want - followed by the "Update" button at the bottom of the page. This should remove unwanted items from you order.
Who do I pay and is it safe...?
All of our online payments are processed by Paypal - the worlds leader in online payments. Paypal is the most secure method of paying online we can find - and we have total faith in their comprehensive range of security measures - ensuring peace of mind when using your credit card on the Internet.
Paypal do have limits with what you can spend before you must become a verified member. Verified means proving to Paypal that you are who you say you are - and they do this by checking and confirming that your details, such as your address, telephone number, bank & card details are correct.
The current limit before becoming verified is £1500.00.
The verification process is quick and easy, and we recommend that you become verified as soon as possible - it is in your own best interest ! More details can be found at www.paypal.com
We also accept company and personal cheques, cash and postal orders. Apologies but we are not able to take card details over the phone.

Is my order in stock and how and
when will I get it...?
All items on our site are in stock, by the thousands !!
We send all consignments out using either :-
- Initial Citylink Express
- Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery
Whichever, your order should be with you within five working days - although do not be surprised if it arrives next day !!
All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
My order has arrived and there is a problem...?
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your order, please call 0161-495-7170 immediately - stating your name, invoice number and nature of your query. Our sales staff will be only to happy to help.
Can I buy in bulk...?
Yes, you can. Please call 0161-495-7170 for details of our discount structure for bulk purchases. To qualify for bulk, you should be looking at buying items in at least carton quantities.
How do I open a credit account...?
Simple, just click the "Credit Application Form" link above, and print off our form. Complete as required and fax back to us and begin to enjoy a 30 day credit account with us - obviously subject to status.
